The Young Runner’s Guide to Nutrition Curriculum was developed for delivering nutrition education to your team. The learning can happen in person, over Zoom or be self-guided. The 5 learning modules are best used in conjunction with your athletes having a copy of The Young Runner’s Guide to Nutrition.
